Transition Timeline:

• July 1, 2025 – You’ll receive your first quarterly invoice from Alarm Crew, along with your new account number and online portal registration information
  
  
• Doug Gallinger (owner of Foothills) will continue to be available through 2025 to support you during this transition

Service call charges are payable at the time of service—credit card preferred!

Billing Made Easy

We believe in making billing simple and paper-free. Here’s what to expect:

• We bill quarterly only
  
• Electronic invoices = FREE
  
• Paper invoices = $1.00 fee (help us save trees!)
  
• Your rate will stay the same as it was with Foothills
  
• BONUS: No sales tax due to local central station monitoring = a slightly lower bill!

If we don’t already have your email address, please send it to us at billing@thealarmcrew.com so we can get you set up for electronic billing right away!

Prefer autopay?

 Our secure billing portal allows you to add a credit card or bank info and turn on autopay. Visit www.thealarmcrew.com and the “Online Payments” tab for instructions.
